Terms & Conditions - Gunjock LLC

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Welcome to Gunjock LLC. By enrolling in any of our courses, using our website, or attending our training programs, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions, as well as our Safety Policy and Privacy Policy. These terms are in place to ensure a safe, professional, and respectful learning environment for all participants.

1. General Agreement

By registering for a course or attending any class, training session, or event hosted by Gunjock LLC, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Safety Policy, and the Privacy Policy. These terms are binding upon all students and participants.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

All students must be at least 18 years of age to attend training with Gunjock LLC.
Minors may only attend if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also a paid student in the same class. No exceptions will be made.

3. Waiver and Release

All students must complete and sign:

  • A General Waiver at the time of enrollment or prior to class

  • A Range-Specific Waiver before any live-fire training session

Failure to complete the required waivers will result in the student being barred from participation, with no refund issued.

4. Safety Policy and Enforcement

Firearms safety is our top priority. All students are required to read, understand, and comply with our Safety Policy prior to attending any class or training session.

Any violation of the Safety Policy may result in immediate removal from firearms handling or live-fire activities, with no refund or credit issued.

A safety briefing is conducted in every course or private session. Students removed for safety violations are encouraged to remain and observe the class for educational benefit.

5. Student Preparedness

Students are responsible for arriving fully prepared for class. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bringing the appropriate firearm(s) in working condition

  • Supplying correct caliber ammunition in sufficient quantity

  • Bringing all required gear and safety equipment

  • Reviewing and arriving with all items listed in the course’s “Gear / Equipment” description

  • Being mentally and physically prepared to train

Students who arrive unprepared may be excluded from participation, and no refunds or credits will be issued. Partial credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Gunjock LLC’s discretion.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Cancellations

  • 7+ days prior to class: Credit or refund (less a 5% processing fee)

  • Less than 7 days: Not eligible for refund; partial credit may be considered at our discretion

Company Cancellations

In rare cases (e.g., severe / dangerous weather, instructor illness, low enrollment), Gunjock LLC may reschedule or cancel a class. In these cases, students may receive a credit or refund (less a 5% processing fee). We are not responsible for travel or lodging costs.

7. Use of Student Data

We do not sell or share your personal data. Contact information may be used to:

  • Send course updates and scheduling notices

  • Communicate training news and promotional offers

LTC student records are retained as required by Texas DPS. Full details can be found in our Privacy Policy, including your rights to opt out or request data access or deletion.

8. Photos, Videos, and Marketing Media

We reserve the right to photograph or record training events for marketing purposes.

If you have privacy or security concerns, you must:

  1. Notify us during registration

  2. Remind your Instructor on the day of class

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate privacy requests.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at booking. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less processing fees. We do not accept cash payments on site.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in denial of future class registrations.

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, drills, handouts, and training content are the exclusive property of Gunjock LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating in any Gunjock LLC activity, you agree to:

  • Assume all responsibility for your actions

  • Release Gunjock LLC, its instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from training

This includes but is not limited to property damage, bodily injury, emotional distress, or death.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in [Insert County], Texas, and all parties agree to that jurisdiction.

13. Updates to Terms

Gunjock LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
